Limited Warranty Coverage:

This Limited Warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship found in products purchased from OBSIDIAN CNC MACHINES LLC. The liability under this warranty is limited to the original cost of the product. OBSIDIAN CNC MACHINES LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or purchase of its products, as the company has no control over their use.

Warranty Period:

The Warranty Period extends for one year from the date of delivery. During this period, OBSIDIAN CNC MACHINES LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, any product or part found to be defective under normal use.

Resolution of Problems:

If a defect is found during the Warranty Period, OBSIDIAN CNC MACHINES LLC will repair or replace the defective product or part. The replacement product or part will assume the remaining warranty of the original product, or have a warranty of one year for materials and workmanship, and 30 days for electronics from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions such as misuse, abuse, normal wear, or damage not resulting from defects in electronics, material, or workmanship. OBSIDIAN CNC MACHINES LLC reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims, and any modified or attempted repaired parts will void the warranty.

To request warranty service, please contact us to discuss the issue and determine the best course of action. Please provide your original invoice for reference.
